Abstract:In 2022，the housing and urban-rural development departments at all levels in Hebei Province will always anchor high-quality completion of various goals and key tasks. The province’s construction industry completed a total output value of 695.130 billion yuan，and achieved an added value of 245.235 billion yuan；newly started passive ultra-low energy building projects of 1.93 million square meters，accumulatively constructed passive ultra-low energy buildings of 7.99 million square meters，and the construction area ranked first in the country. This report systematically sorts out the basic operating conditions of the construction industry in the province in 2022，and summarizes the characteristics and trends of the industry’s economic operation through objective analysis of the completed main economic index data；summarizes the transformation and upgrading of key areas，key links，and industry supervision of the construction industry and new trends in services. On this basis，combined with the development direction of the “14th Five-Year Plan” industry plan，it is proposed that in 2023，investment and project construction in 2 key areas will be focused on，3 modernization scenarios will be promoted，3 livelihood projects will be fully implemented，and other projects will be well planned. Carry out work on key tasks and other aspects.
