“一带一路”背景下中国与萨摩亚海洋合作路径分析

Abstract:In the fields of maritime cooperation，China and Samoa share complementary advantages and great potentials for future development. Taking the Belt and Road Initiative as an opportunity，it is suggested that China and Samoa deepen practical maritime cooperation and make efforts to promote the development of blue partnership. Specific paths may include：strengthening investment in co-building maritime infrastructures and promoting China-Samoa cooperation in maritime trade；cooperating to promote the upgrading of maritime tourism industry and related service industries；strengthening investment and cooperation in maritime fisheries and increasing high-quality seafood export to China；strengthening cooperation in maritime science and technology innovation，and jointly improving capacity to cope with climate change.
