我国老年人权利保障的新进展

Abstract:To protect the legitimate rights and interests of the elderly is an important part of the development of human rights in China. In recent years，the concept，legal system and policy of protecting the rights of the elderly in China are constantly updated and improved，and great achievements have been made in many aspects. With the acceleration of aging，the protection of the rights of the elderly not only has great development potential，but also faces many problems and challenges. Therefore，based on the actual situation of China，this paper puts forward some countermeasures to strengthen the protection of the rights of the elderly from the aspects of legal policy，social practice and talent team construction.
