疫情常态化背景下上海合作组织国家经济发展

Abstract:In 2021，the global economy struggled to recover amid the recurrence of COVID-19. Differences in vaccine access and pandemic prevention policies have led to varying degrees of economic recovery，widening imbalances in the global economy and increasing uncertainties in the economic outlook. The recurrence and normalization of the pandemic has forced the governments of SCO member states to make a difficult trade-off between pandemic control and economic recovery. The economies of SCO member states have gradually recovered despite the normalization of the epidemic. Foreign trade has increased and fiscal balance has improved. Meanwhile，the pandemic has disrupted supply chains in many countries，further aggravating inflation and increasing economic risks.
