芬兰译者笔下的苏州美食——《美食家》芬兰语译本食物类文化专有项翻译策略研究

Abstract:Based on Nedergaard-Larsen’s classification of culture-specific items （CSIs） and Leppihalme’s seven translation strategies，this paper analyses qualitatively and quantitatively the translation strategies in the Finnish translation of Lu Wenfu’s Gourmet，as well as translator’s intention，preference and the effect of translation. On the one hand，this paper introduces and verifies the research results of the two Nordics scholars in order to enrich the theoretical basis for textual studies in translation. On the other hand，this paper discusses the application of translation strategies to provide guidance for translators in Chinese literary translation.
