Abstract:With the deep evolution of economic globalization and the flouri-shing development of service trade,Chinese-foreign cooperative education,as a commercial presence in education service trade and the main form of local internationalization of education,has become an important initiative to expand the opening of education to the outside world. This study presents the basic situation of Chinese-foreign cooperative education through an international comparative perspective,and concludes that Chinese-foreign cooperative education is a good combination of public welfare and profitability,and it is the trend of Chinese-foreign cooperative education to maintain Chinese characteristics while adapting to the global market. Through social network analysis,this study presents the development characteristics of Chinese-foreign cooperative education from 2001 to the present,including the characteristics of the trend of institution and project development,the characteristics of geographical distribution and the characteristics of the layout of cooperative countries:the scale of Chinese-foreign cooperative education in general shows the trend of expansion,the development of other provinces driven by the eastern coastal provinces as the center,and the expansion of cooperative countries from developed countries in Europe and America to the global scope. This study also summarizes the current problems at the institutional level,management level and school operation level,and puts forward targeted policy recommendations.
