日本在缅甸迪洛瓦经济特区的发展战略

Abstract:Thilawa Special Economic Zone is Myanmar’s first national special economic zone，which jointly developed by Myanmar and Japan. Started with the foreign-funded labor-intensive light industry，the Thilawa Special Economic Zone has achieved remarkable economic and political benefits since 2015. Myanmar authorities regards it as the “representative work” of economic development，which provides good example for foreign investment in Myanmar while enhance Japan’s influence over Myanmar. This paper analyzes the unique and effective development strategy of the Thilawa Special Economic Zone from the aspects of the construction background and objectives，operation planning，and risk response strategies，to determine the key factors of its good performance and explore its reference for Chinese enterprises.
