广东省推进与“一带一路”建设对接的举措与成效（2021~2022）

Abstract:Guangdong Province has actively formulated and implemented action plans that put into practice the national Belt and Road strategy and proactively dovetail with the 14th Five-Year Plan. It has made great efforts to promote comprehensive and in-depth cooperation with countries and regions along the route，and achieved substantial progress in the key fields，such as trade cooperation，two-way investment，infrastructure，cooperation platforms，humanistic exchanges，and foreign ties. Under the new circumstances，the new pattern featuring “dual circulation” brings new development opportunities，but the prolonged epidemic，geopolitical turmoil，and weak global economic recovery increase risks and uncertainties for the Belt and Road Initiative. It is recommended that Guangdong steadily expand the space for cooperation based on its own advantages while remaining firm to opening up in a wider way. The province should strengthen strategic alignment in the five aspects of planning，policies，projects，platforms，and humanistic exchanges，and team up with Hong Kong and Macao to deepen cooperation with countries and regions along the Belt and Road，which will enhance the attraction to global resources and the initiative in international cooperation and competition，thereby contributing to the high-quality development of the Belt and Road.
