Abstract:The original purpose of introducing Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools into China’s higher education system was to introduce high-quality educational resources from abroad,and to gradually absorb and internalize these resources to improve the quality and increase the supply of higher education in China. The quality of Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools is reflected in the quality of its enrolment,training and employment. In order to achieve these quality construction goals,it is necessary for education administrative authorities to carry out policy guidance and regulation supervision,for both Chinese and foreign parties to jointly introduce quality systems that can integrate and reflect their respective standards,and for school operators to establish and implement quality control operating procedures that are in line with the laws of education and the requirements of talent training. From the quality reports of various Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools institutions and projects in recent years,it can be inferred that Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools has developed from a useful supplementary form of higher education in China to an organic part of higher education,which has put forward higher requirements for the quality of its operation. It is also because of their higher quality standards and post-emergence advantages from the high quality,Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools has certain exemplary leadership among the various forms of higher education at present.
