文章摘要：两届进博会的成功举办，多方面促进了我国知识产权法治建设，既在一定程度上完善了我国知识产权法律体系，也提高和加强了我国的知识产权保护的水平和能力。本报告通过分析进博会推动和促进我国知识产权法律体系建设的意义，认为进博会为上海建设亚太知识产权中心城市提供了重要契机。
