2021~2022年中国数据治理发展报告

Abstract:In 2021，the release of laws and regulations，including the Personal Information Protection Law，Data Security Law and Regulations on Network Data Security Management（draft for Public comments），marks China’s official entry into the first year of data governance. By sorting out eight major events in the process of data governance，the panorama of Data governance in China can be presented. Looking to the future，China still needs to optimize rules from individuals，enterprises，national and international dimension. Specifically speaking，it still needs to better elaborate systems of personal information protection and update relevant concepts，promote enterprise governance and compliance，construct and cultivate digital government and data-elements market in national level，and maintain the balance of cross-border free flow and security of data in international view.
