Abstract:Canadian society in 2021-2022 is in a more complicated situation. At present，Canada is facing an increasingly serious aging population problem. Baby boomers are accelerating into old age while the new generation cannot make up for the major shortages in the labor market，which can lead to more risky challenges to the economy recovery in the near future. Similarly，the severe shortage of housing supply has finally caused soaring housing prices after the pandemic，which undoubtedly requires the Canada’s federal government to continue to work on the supply and demand sides，and also needs to make it more compatible with the current economic and financial stimulus policies. In addition，the Canada’s federal government has to pay more attention to its social inclusion policy than ever before，in order to deal with the prominent contradictions between different groups，and even violent conflicts.
