湖北县域公共文化服务体系建设绩效评估报告（2018～2019年）

Abstract:The construction of county-level public culture service system is an important cultural development strategy in China，which is the basis of ensuring people’s fundamental cultural rights and interests. In this report，we will work out the ranking in such four dimensions as public cultural input，cultural centers or facilities，cultural supply，and service team. It is the framework of the evaluation index system for public culture services at county level，and it analyzes the core evaluation indexes in the Province. It subsequently obtains the comprehensive score-based ranking of public culture service construction in Hubei’s all counties in 2018，and provides an analytical assessment of the ranking data of cities，counties and regions in Hubei，which is expected to provide certain reference to county-level governance over public cultures.
