湖北省公共图书馆评估定级分析与研究报告（2017）

Abstract:In 2017，the state launched the sixth evaluation and grading of national public libraries. In this evaluation，the remarkable achievements made by the library of Hubei Province in the aspects of fund input，facilities improvement，service efficiency improvement，brand influence enhancement，consolidation of basic business，strengthening of characteristic resources construction，wide application of digital technology and new media，and innovation of mobile library form were affirmed. However，there are also some shortcomings in Hubei public libraries，such as insufficient total investment，unbalanced distribution，lack of professionals and inadequacy of brand excavation. Therefore，it's necessary to take effective measures to further promote the development of Hubei's public library industry in terms of clarifying the main responsibility，implementing service guidance standards，strengthening system construction，innovating service modes，attracting social forces to participate in and strengthening the construction of talent team.
