湖北省县域公共文化服务体系建设绩效评估报告（2017）

Abstract:Public cultural service is the basic component of the public service system，which can protect the basic cultural rights and interests of citizens. Improving basic public cultural service has been gradually incorporated into the central policy agenda. By constructing the performance evaluation index system of county public cultural service，this report makes statistical analysis of the specific indicators of county public cultural service performance evaluation in Hubei Province，and draws the 2017 ranking of county public cultural service performance in Hubei Province. This report hopes to make an objective evaluation of the performance of public cultural services in various regions and provide a useful reference for the formulation of public cultural policies.
