2008~2018年合肥市城乡融合发展实证研究

Abstract:The integrated development of urban and rural areas is an important measure to build a new type of relationship between workers and farmers. This study starts from the five dimensions of urban and rural economy，society，ecology，culture，and space and construct an urban-rural integrated development indicator system with 26 specific indicators. Based on the relevant data of Hefei，Shanghai，Hangzhou，and Nanjing，the study adopts the entropy method to measure the development of urban-rural integration in Hefei from 2008 to 2018，and uses the coefficient of variation method to reveal the difference in the development of urban-rural integration between Hefei and the core cities of the Yangtze River Delta. The study finds that the overall level of urban-rural integration in Hefei is not high，and there is a big gap between Hefei and the core cities of the Yangtze River Delta in terms of economy and culture. To tackle those problems，measures are proposed to tap the potential of urban and rural ecological development，promote the harmonious coexistence of urban and rural culture，improve the quality of urban and rural social integration，consolidate the foundation for urban and rural economic integration，and improve the planning of urban and rural spatial integration，with a view to promoting urban and rural integrated development in Hefei and even in the Yangtze River Delta.
