Abstract:An hui Province is facing increasingly prominent housing security issues of the low-and middle-income families in recent years,while keeping rapid economic growth at the same time. Wherefore,the governments of An hui Province in all levels vigorously promoted the construction of affordable housing in the period of the 11th Five-Year plan,under the guidance of the relevant policies made by the State Council,and achieve such developments as follows:introducing and perfecting the policies construction of affordable housing and its allocation,accelerating the pace of low-rent housing construction,starting comprehensive rebuilding of shanty areas in the city and the state-owned factories and mines,promoting the construction of public rental housing,and as a result ,initially establishing the housing security system which plays an important role in solving the housing difficulties of low-income families. On this basis,An hui Province will continue to push affordable housing projects in the period of the 12th Five-Year plan ,so as to expand the coverage and efficiency of the housing security steadily ,and then strive to basically satisfy the housing needs of the low-income families and basically solve the housing difficulties of the lower-middle-income families in the city to the end of the 12th Five-Year plan.
