Abstract:At present，a new round of global technological revolution and industrial transformation is booming，leading to the accelerated reconstruction of the global industrial chain and supply chain. The new crown epidemic has caused heavy losses to the global industrial chain and supply chain，and the development environment of the global manufacturing industry has undergone profound and complex changes. It is urgent to build a safe and efficient industrial chain supply chain system. Developed economies such as the United States，Europe and Japan attach great importance to the security of the global industrial chain and supply chain，and have issued a number of strategic regulations for systematic deployment. The policy purpose has changed from revitalizing the manufacturing industry to maintaining national industrial security. Influenced by infrastructure，a relatively complete supply chain security system has been established to protect the systematic development of the industry from planning to implementation，stricter control and review of high-tech and national defense fields，and the use of fiscal and financial policies and trade means to build supply chains. Risk response mechanism，improve the security of the industrial chain and supply chain through diversified means，and enhance the competitiveness of the industry. The security and stability of the industrial chain and supply chain is the foundation for my country to build a new development pattern. The industrial chain and supply chain security policies of developed economies provide new development ideas and strategic opportunities for my country to improve the modernization level of the industrial chain and supply chain. My country should improve the foreign trade response system，track the latest international industrial chain supply chain policies，strengthen policy guidance，build a long-term mechanism to deal with industrial chain supply chain risks，establish an industrial safety monitoring and early warning system，and a supply chain risk early warning system，and strengthen key core areas. Innovation ability，promote the construction of bilateral and multilateral economic and trade mechanisms，make up for the shortcomings of the industrial chain and supply chain，and improve the ability to deal with risks.
