Abstract:In the face of the challenges of the COVID-19 epidemic，Philippine culture continues to show diversified development. It has strengthened the building of cultural soft power to enhance national self-esteem and pride；strengthened cooperation between organizations and the cultural sector to create more arts belonging to the people；and various events and awards are exciting，enriching the cultural life of Filipinos while making new explorations in different fields. The government has also made a long-term plan for the development of Philippine culture，creating more possibilities for the development of contemporary art.
