Abstract:In 2021，with the complex evolution of the international situation and the COVID-19 epidemic，and the changeable political situation of individual countries，the economic，social and cultural development of ASEAN countries faced great challenges. However，ASEAN countries have adopted positive policies as far as possible，so some progress has been made in the field of cultural protection and World Heritage application. The strength and regional influence of some ASEAN countries have improved. Most countries have adjusted epidemic prevention policies，strengthened exchanges with other countries，and promoted industrial recovery. At the same time，they are committed to the display and promotion of their own culture in the world，and have achieved certain results.
