Abstract:In 2021，Hebei construction industry made steady progress and maintained a good momentum of steady growth. The province’s construction industry has achieved an output value of 648.46 billion yuan and an added value of 230.39 billion yuan；Newly started passive ultra-low energy consumption buildings with an area of 1611000 m2，and the construction scale continues to rank first in China；The proportion of completed green buildings in cities and towns reached 98.8%，ranking in the forefront of the country. The scale and quality of industry development continued to improve，providing strong support for overcoming the impact of the epidemic and stimulating the province’s economic restorative growth，so as to achieve a good start of the 14th five year plan. The report summarizes the basic situation of the development of the construction industry in the province in 2021，and summarizes the characteristics and trend of the economic operation of the industry through the objective analysis of the data of the main economic indicators；This paper combs the reform and innovation practices of “release，management and service” in key areas and key links of the construction industry and the characteristics of industry transformation and development. On this basis，the report puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of the construction industry in combination with the development direction of the 14th five year plan，the focus of deepening industry reform and promoting green and low-carbon transformation，as well as the problems affecting and restricting the development of the industry.
