Abstract:Digital trade is reshaping the traditional trade pattern，transforming and upgrading. As the forerunner of digital trade，how to effectively learn from the experience of its digital trade development is of great significance for China to accelerate the formation of new advantages in the development of digital trade. This part makes a comprehensive analysis of the experience and development of digital trade in the United States，and draws the following enlightenment：China should improve domestic legislation on digital economy，actively participate in international negotiations on digital rules，improve cross-border data flow mechanism，combine digital trade with the Belt and Road Initiative，and coordinate digital trade development with China’s data security governance to promote the development of digital trade.
