文章摘要：本报告系统分析了我国区域能源转型的背景，构建区域能源转型评价体系，对“十三五”时期我国区域能源转型绩效进行了评价。在评价基础上，针对我国不同能源转型基础和不同能源转型绩效的区域，提出在国家宏观层面，需要加强顶层设计和统筹谋划，坚持因地制宜和协同推进，强化机制创新和政策支撑。在区域行动策略上，对于能源转型适配区，积极推动低碳前沿技术研究和产业迭代升级，抢占能源转型和碳达峰碳中和技术制高点。对于能源转型错配区，应加快将资源优势转变成为产业... 展开
Abstract:This paper systematically analyzes the background of China’s regional energy transformation，constructs an evaluation system of regional energy transformation，and evaluates the performance of China’s regional energy transformation during the 13th Five-Year Plan period.
