新时代高校青年教师社会主义意识形态建设面临的问题及化解策略

Abstract:Colleges and universities are the birthplace of ideology and culture，as well as the dissemination place of socialist ideological work in China. Strengthening the construction of socialist ideology in colleges and universities is a strategic，solid and soul casting project. In recent years，the value orientation and thinking mode of young teachers in colleges and universities have faced various impacts and challenges. Socialist ideology construction of young teachers in colleges and universities has become even more important in the new era of Chinese socialism. Strengthening socialist ideology construction and consolidating the ideological defense line of young teachers in colleges and universities are not only important topics for strengthening the socialist ideology construction in our country，but also urgent tasks for ideological and political education in colleges and universities. Young teachers in colleges and universities are the main undertakers of the education and dissemination of socialist ideology. Their political beliefs，ideology and values will directly affect the healthy growth of college students. On the basis of in-depth study on Xi Jinping's study outline of Chinese socialist ideology in the new era，this paper puts forward corresponding solutions for socialist ideology construction of young teachers in colleges and universities.
