2013~2020年北京自贸区与共建“一带一路”协调对接研究

Abstract:The construction of Free Trade Zone and the Belt and Road Initiative are both major new measures to deepen reform and expand opening-up in China. Beijing Free Trade Zone has a unique strategic positioning in the whole picture of China’s free trade zones. The coordination and docking of Beijing Free Trade Zone and the Belt and Road Initiative will provide a demonstration for the docking and integration of the two strategic initiatives. This report first introduces the backgrounds of China’s free trade zones，Beijing Free Trade Zone and the Belt and Road Initiative，then analyzes and summarizes the coordination fundamentals between the construction of free trade zones and the Belt and Road Initiative，provides an overall path and specific measures for the docking of Beijing Free Trade Zone and the Belt and Road Initiative，and finally put forwards policy suggestions for the docking based on the construction status quo of Beijing Free Trade Zone. This report helps to understand the relationship between the two strategic opening-up measures，and has some enlightenment for concrete practices of their docking.
