文章摘要：相互尊重主权是现代国际秩序构建的基本支柱，遵守所在国法律是跨国企业开展业务的根本前提。但现实中，无论是基于实力的傲慢或是基于意识形态的偏见，跨国企业违反所在国法律、伤害所在国民族尊严的情况并不鲜见。国家统一和主权完整是任何一个国家的核心利益，并为世界上所有主权国家法律所保障。港澳台及新疆、西藏是我国的固有领土与不可分割的部分，但由于种种偏见与算计，某些西方国家及其跨国企业对此置若罔闻，甚至公然违反我国维护国家统一与主权完整的相关法律。... 展开
