外交型智库与韩国外交政策

Abstract:With the transformation of the diplomatic environment after the Cold War，the progress of democratization，and the development of globalization and local autonomy，more and more social actors began to pay attention to the foreign policies of the Korean government. Among them，the diplomatic think tanks have an increasing influence on ROK’s foreign policy. The diplomatic think tanks mainly influence Korean foreign policy in three ways：the first one is to influence relevant policies through academic activities and academic achievements，the second one is to use media and educational programs to diffuse influence，and the third one is to conduct cooperative research activities with other think tanks and international organizations. However，the role of the think tanks is still limited by multiple factors，such as autonomous development，capital and talent.
