中国海外利益保护及其政策（2014～2015年）
文章摘要：本文尝试从2014至2015年中国的实际举措出发来理解复杂的中国海外利益保护政策，厘清其主要议题和原则，阐明中国海外利益保护政策的最近发展和前进方向。总体来看，尽管国内对海外利益保护体系的既有结构和具体政策存在诸多建议甚至批评，中国的海外利益也在遭受外部环境和事件的持续威胁，但是在过去的一年中，中国海外利益保护体系仍保持大体不变，在不干预政策、能源与海上通道安全、海外投资模式、国际机制建设等诸方面都呈现“方向不变、稳步微调”的特征。
