文章摘要：本文首先分析了中蒙俄经济走廊建设的范畴和内涵。其次，从中蒙俄三国相互的政治经济合作关系、三方已建立的区域和次区域合作机制以及三国对接的发展战略出发，研究构建中蒙俄经济走廊已具备的基础。再次，具体分析了构建中蒙俄经济走廊的主要路径和领域。在此基础上，探讨建设中蒙俄经济走廊面临的机遇与挑战。最后，提出建设性意见并展望前景。
