Abstract:Guangzhou enterprises “going out” is still in the growth stage，most of them are low-end industry links. Financing difficulties，lack of talent and lack of policy support constraints enterprises to “go”.Guangzhou must seize opportunities of our comprehensive deepening reform，promoting The Belt and Road Initiative strategic and FTA test area，and cultivate the “going out” enterprises，enhance their ability of international operations，optimize the layout of the overseas market，construct international business platform and international operating network，enhance the level of government services and innovate supporting policy system to promote the upgrading of “going out” competitiveness.
