“一带一路”建设法律风险防范

Abstract:A good legal environment for the Belt and Road Initiative is related to both the effectiveness of enterprises and the success or failure of the “the Belt and Road” strategy. Today，when the global legal system continues to develop，“going out” not only involves the political game，but also requires each of the participants to establish legal awareness，carry out the legal spirit at every stage of the project construction，abide by the laws of the host country at every stage of the project，do a good job in compliance checks，and，if necessary，use legal means to actively safeguard one’s own interests and make full use of the law as a weapon to protect oneself. This article argues that it is necessary to establish safety awareness and make precautionary arrangements before undertaking projects or cooperation with countries along “the Belt and Road” routes.
