中国对东盟投资的贸易便利化影响研究

Abstract:With economic and trade cooperation deepening between China and ASEAN countries，especially the strategy of ‘21st Century Maritime Silk Road’ putting forward，there will have new opportunities for China and ASEAN countries to promote their regional economic cooperation. As an important destination of Chinese outward FDI，the impact of Chinese FDI on the development of bilateral trade，especially for the ASEAN countries’ trade facilitation，which has increasingly caused the attention of scholars. This paper conducts an empirical research on the effect of Chinese FDI on the development of ASEAN countries’ trade facilitation under ‘21st Century Maritime Silk Road’ by using the sample data of 8 ASEAN countries from 2008 to 2014. The results show that compared to other inward FDI，Chinese FDI is beneficial to the development of ASEAN countries’ trade facilitation. Meanwhile，the empirical results also show that the infrastructure is the main restriction factor for the development of ASEAN countries trade facilitation.
