Abstract:Hotspot issues occurred in the Middle East from August 2020 to August 2021. The Biden administration has somewhat softened its attitude toward Iran compared with Trump. However，the resumption of the Iran nuclear deal is uncertain because the two sides are unable to compromise on key interests. The United States forced the end of the war on terrorism，which caused the security tension in and around Afghanistan to soar. The Palestinian-Israeli issue has once again intensified，and large-scale conflicts broke out in Gaza. Civil wars in Syria and Yemen are not over，and outside countries continue to use the two battlefields to compete. Meanwhile，Iran，Syria and Israel held elections，and the United Arab Emirates and Bahrain normalized relations with Israel. During this period，Biden’s redeployment of Middle East policy attracted the most attention，which had a great impact on the game between major powers in the Middle East，the changes in the relations between regional countries and the trend of regional hot spots.
