新形势下上海合作组织成员国经济发展
文章摘要：2019年，全球经济增长放缓，国际贸易与投资状况欠佳，负利率程度加深，世界经济所面临的不确定性增加。受中美贸易争端、地缘政治紧张加剧、金融市场脆弱性增强，以及气候变化等因素的影响和威胁，上海合作组织成员国的经济增速普遍下降，各成员国通胀保持较低水平，采取较为宽松的货币政策，各国国内扩大投资、优化结构的经济改革深入推进。
