2020年广州市公共租赁住房政策绩效评价研究

Abstract:This paper analyzes and evaluates the current situation of public rental housing policy implementation in Guangzhou by constructing the 4E public rental housing policy performance evaluation model. From the standpoints of policy implementation，resource allocation，social and economic benefits，satisfaction and other dimensions，this paper identifies the achievements，finds out the problems，and calculates the new “sandwich group”. The conclusion is that the final performance score of Guangzhou is 83.4，registering “good” grade. And the author put forward the countermeasures and suggestions like the integration of social resources，the acceleration of the pace of legislation，the promotion of the balance between work and housing，and other policy details.
