2020年粤港澳大湾区参与“一带一路”建设的优势和路径

Abstract:The CPC Committee and the Government of Guangdong Province have attached great importance to the “Belt and Road” Initiative put forward by China. It has advanced the construction of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area as an important measure to implement the strategic deployment for the “Belt and Road” strategy，promote a new round of high-level opening up，and foster new advantages in international competition. The involvement of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area is conducive to the “Belt and Road” Initiative by sharpening the edges of economic and trade cooperation，optimizing the business environment，and setting a model of diversified and inclusive development. The Greater Bay Area has several development advantages，including high degree of marketization and internationalization，accelerated transformation and upgrading of industrial structure，extremely rich innovation resources and strong industrial innovation. To make use of these advantages，necessary measures include establishing the “Belt and Road” innovation demonstration zone，building the Greater Bay Area into a high-quality brand，improving the system of overseas diversified investment to facilitate financing for major “Belt and Road” projects，and establishing a sound risk monitoring and early warning mechanism for enterprises going abroad.
