Abstract:In 2019，the foreign policy of Bolsonaro’s government was deeply influenced by the ideology of the far right，represented by Olavo de Carvalho and Ernesto Araújo，who followed the foreign policy of Trump and Bannon. Under the influence of far right ideology，Bolsonaro’s government，starting from ideology in foreign policy，gave up Brazil’s long-standing neutral position and defense of multilateralism，and took the initiative to move closer to the United States，trying to establish close relations with the United States and follow Trump’s footsteps in international affairs. The radical foreign policy adopted by Bolsonaro’s government has been opposed by some departments of the government. They hope that Brazil’s foreign policy will proceed from the national interests，ensure the economic interests of the country，and oppose the overly radical political position. Under the opposition of these departments，the foreign policy of Bolsonaro’s government has been eased.
