2010～2019年中国对“一带一路”共建国家投资安全态势分析

Abstract:At present，China’s Investment volume in the “Belt and Road” co-construction countries has been steadily advancing，and its scope is expanding. However，its investment safety is still affected by many factors，including economy，finance，politics，society，and the security of relations with China. Based on the relevant theoretical basis and practical experience and by collecting the relevant data from 2010 to 2019，this study constructs an investment security evaluation model with five primary indicators and 38 secondary indicators. And “investment security index” is taken as a comprehensive security reference for China’s investment in the “Belt and Road” Co-construction Countries. The paper describes the pattern of investment security and its changing characteristics over time of the “Belt and Road” Co-construction Countries based on the analysis of cold and hot spots. Furthermore，the investment security of each country in each region is analyzed concretely in combination with the relevant facts. The results show that，the “investment safety index” in the “Belt and Road” Co-construction Countries is uneven. Each dimension of regional investment security shows different levels affected by geographical factors，and has certain characteristics of agglomeration and changes with time. In the future，the investment volume should be revised according to the security level of regional investment，in order to promote the “Belt and Road” investment and construction process with high quality.
