中国与拉美的地区间交往：一种次区域组织的视角

Abstract:China always supports the integration process in Latin America and actively promotes its links with sub-regional organizations from the Caribbean, Central and South America. In terms of China's diplomatic strategy towards these organizations, the important considerations include bilateral relations with their member states, their development level and stability, cooperation and competition among them, and the roles of external great powers. It is suggested that China should continue to develop relationships with the old and new sub-regional organizations from Latin America within the overall framework of Community of Latin America and the Caribbean, while promote Sino-Latin American interregional exchanges to more advanced level.
