Abstract:The transformation of the manufacturing and service industries from separation to integration is not only an inevitable requirement for the upgrading of the manufacturing industry，but also an inevitable result for the service industry transfer from traditional to emerging development mode. During the COVID-19 Pandemic，the service industry continued to empower the manufacturing industry through digitalization and information technology. This article through analyzing the synergistic development trends of manufacturing and service industries，discovering new problems arised from the synergistic development of the two：the integration of manufacturing industry and service industry is still shallow，and the “neck” of technology has not yet got rid of；the development of regional agglomeration results in factors blocking，and the process of enterprise service is blind；industrial integration has become the “patent” of head enterprises，and small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises are facing transformation difficulties. Finding coordinated development approach with the trend of digitalization and the new infrastructure：the synergy of manufacturing and service is inevitable for technological change. We should actively explore the service-oriented development path with the help of the pandemic situation；implement “precise chain compensation” for manufacturing industry through digital economy and “new infrastructure”；strengthen the specialization of subdivided industries to serve a wider range of enterprise types；actively play the role of the government to guide the deep integration of manufacturing and service.
