2007~2019年世界城市老龄友好社区建设的行动纲领

Abstract:With the increasing proportion of the urban elderly population，the “aging-friendly city” proposed by the World Health Organization has been adopted to build “urban aging-friendly community”. Form an environment conducive to the elderly’s independent life，build social platforms，enhance the happiness of the elderly，and create community home care places conducive to the physical and mental health of the elderly. Following the principle of suitability for the aged and the strategy of friendliness for the aged，the urban elderly-friendly community mainly starts from the aspects of community and public participation，housing，public space and transportation，health and social services. The aim is to build a community suitable for the living environment of the elderly，so that the elderly can enjoy a variety of material needs and spiritual satisfaction.
