灾后恢复阶段的城市精准投资策略

Abstract:Based on the “Emergency Stabilization & Economic Recovery Recommendation” issued by the Smart Growth America in April 2020，this paper discusses some measures to accelerate economic recovery for dealing with emergency in the future. The report points out that emergency has a serious impact on economic development，and measures should be taken to maintain social stability，enhance development activity and maintain economic prosperity. The report puts forward many suggestions from the aspects of infrastructure construction，housing and community development，so as to eliminate the adverse effects of emergencies and promote economic recovery as soon as possible. On the basis of the analysis of the report，some suggestions are put forward for Chinese cities to deal with emergency in the future.
