“一带一路”背景下2018~2019年上海合作组织经贸合作的进展、挑战与对策

Abstract:SCO is an important platform for “the Belt and Road” Initiative. At present，the foundation of SCO’s economic and trade cooperation has been continuously consolidated，and the achievements of cooperation have been fruitful and diverse. However，it is also restricted by the investment and financing environment，the construction of cooperation system，terrorism，and the competition among major countries. In order to further deepen cooperation，this paper suggests that based on the stability and development of the relations between member states，supported by the promotion of the construction and improvement of the economic and trade cooperation system，and guaranteed by the strengthening of security cooperation and foreign exchanges，we should improve the quality and level of cooperation，and lead the cooperation to a high-level，wide-ranging and institutionalized direction.
