2020年中国与阿拉伯国家合作中的第三方因素——以美国和印度的政策为例

Abstract:With the expansion of China’s interests in the Arab region，the development of Sino-Arab relations and Sino-Arab cooperation are increasingly affected by third-party factors，including interference with China’s cooperation with Arab countries，hindrance of the realization of China’s interests in the Arab region，and containment of China’s regional behavior. This paper analyzes the negative effects of American and Indian policies on Sino-Arab relations and Sino-Arab cooperation. The superposition effect，mutation effect and offset effect of such third party factors in the process of interaction may catalyze or accelerate the conflict of interest between the two sides in the process of cooperation，reduce strategic mutual trust，weaken the willingness of the two sides to cooperate，and may lead to a series of consequences，such as the reversal of the cooperation process and the termination of the cooperation process.
