2019～2020年越南的经济发展概况

Abstract:Against the background of expansion and prolonging of international trade friction in 2019 and a slowdown in global economic growth，Vietnam has kept rapid economic growth as in the year of 2018，and achieved new records in multiple industries by taking the opportunities from trade substitution and production transfers. While growing steadily，Vietnam has got different improvement in terms of quality of growth，openness，effectiveness of foreign investment，and the business environment，also the sectors of digital economy，tourism，energy as well as finance，financial capital，labour and property. However，As an export-oriented country，Vietnam has to face with the problem of irrational economic structure，which is getting more and more outstanding along with the low quality of industrial manufacturing，lagging infrastructure construction and poor government solvency. With the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic in the world，Vietnam’s growth momentum has moderated since the beginning of 2020，and its development will depend largely on this epidemic situation.
