2019~2020年上海新基建发展及对城市能级提升作用研究

Abstract:Infrastructure plays an important role in the development of cities. And the infrastructure of Shanghai has made remarkable achievements in the past several decades. However，it also needs to be improved in terms of connectivity，structure rationality，informatization level and all-round service level so as to provide more solid foundation for urban functions. Based on this background，new infrastructure construction and digital technology should be adopted to promote connectivity of existing infrastructure，upgrade it with better quality and efficiency，strengthen the weakness with more optimized structure. Through the role of the new generation of information technology，the informatization level of infrastructure could be promoted，which benefits enhancing the functions of Shanghai.
