2010：中国包装物环境政策的涌动之年
文章摘要：2010年是我国包装物环境政策的涌动之年。“限塑令”的责任部门仍在采取一些措施，力图提高其执行效果；民间团体也在坚持调研，努力为各方提供行动依据。这一年夏末也发生了一场关于是否应该解禁发泡餐盒的争论，各方都通过媒体较充分地表达了他们的意见，为进一步完善政策提供了多方面的参考。对过度包装立法管理也从这一年开始。
