农网发展对河南省经济社会发展的促进研究

Abstract:“The 13th Five-Year Plan” period is the decisive stage of the comprehensive construction of a well-off society in Henan Province，carrying county power supply task of rural power grid including 90% of the area of Henan Province、80% of the population、70% of the total economy，which has a crucial impact on the comprehensive construction of a well-off society in rural areas. This paper introduces the development achievements of Henan rural power grid in the past three years，and elaborate that accelerating the development of rural power grid to promote the Economic and Social Development in Henan role from following aspects which include expanding effective investment，stimulating the development of related industries，stabilizing economic growth，improving the equalization level of urban and rural electric power service，advancing poor areas to win the fight against poverty and promoting the upgrading of rural energy consumption structure and so on.
