Abstract:US is the world’s largest oil consumer and also producer. In June 2019，US once surpassed Saudi Arabia to become the world’s largest oil（total crude oil and products） exporter. In September of the same year，its oil exports began to exceed imports. In addition to the rapid growth of crude oil exports，US oil products exports have also shown a steady increase trend in recent years. At present，US has become an important supplier to the international oil market，and has a profound impact on the global trade pattern of oil products and the change of regional refining margins. Therefore，understanding the current state of refining industry of US，analyzing supply and demand market，characteristics and trend of oil products exports will help us to figure out the impact of US oil products exports on the international oil market and grasp the trend of international trade more accurately.
