Abstract:After independence，Francophone Africa attaches great importance to cultural development，although the cultural situation of different countries is different. However，the culture of Francophone Africa is a rich and colorful combination of French culture and African culture in literature，religion，art and other aspects from history to reality. Among the “50 African cultural celebrities” selected as “inheritors of African memory” and “producers of modernization” in 2016，more than half of them are Francophone African cultural celebrities. Culture has not only promoted the Francophone African countries to gradually enter a virtuous circle，but also awakened the consciousness of the African people，thus promoting the development of African society. In recent years，Francophone African countries，represented by Senegal，continue to train talents，improve cultural facilities，promote cultural legislation，promote the development of local culture and new media in the process of promoting the development of cultural industry. Since 2018，the integrated development of cultural resources and modern management have constituted an effective tool for Francophone Africa to promote social progress，as well as a tool for these countries to meet challenges and overcome poverty.
